Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after orders are received***.  We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation.  A second email will be sent when your order has shipped, confirming that it is on its way with your tracking information. 

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all US DOMESTIC orders over $100 and UNDER 1 LB in weight.  If your order weighs 1 lb. or more it must be shipped PRIORITY at your cost. 

 We use USPS for all standard shipping. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Express Shipping Options are available and will be calculated based on weight/ region at the time of check out. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

 GURL FLY is not responsible for incorrect addresses. GURL FLY is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your item has been lost or stolen please contact the delivery service directly. We do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items. 

 CHANGING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed we begin processing it immediately and are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to the order.
